Whether it is a workers’ compensation, auto, property, or general liability claim, our team of professionals will use all available resources to ensure that the appropriate level of investigation is given to your claim. All new claims are reviewed within the first 24 hours by one of our supervisors, and then assigned to the appropriate member of our adjusting staff. To ensure quality, accuracy, and communication, our managers and supervisors are not assigned claims. This allows them to focus strictly on the work of the adjusters who report to them.

Depending on the facts of the claim, it may be determined that an on-site investigation is needed, witness statements required, or even surveillance needed by a private investigative service. Whatever the situation demands, CAS personnel have access to the resources and expertise necessary to ensure only compensable claims are accepted and uncover any fraudulent claim activity.

Our claims system includes a customized workflow diary, which helps to focus the investigation on the necessary elements of each claim, as well as keep the file on diary throughout the life of the claim. Our claims representatives combine state-of-the-art investigative efforts with those of the medical provider, legal counsel, and employer to reduce your overall claims exposure.
