The Safety Manager selects, motivates and directs a team of 6 safety professionals and is responsible for the safety efforts for program and insurance company accounts in Texas. The successful candidate should have: Education Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Science or Technology related field Experience Ten years of verifiable 100% safety related experience. Three years of safety program management Three years of experience managing others Special Requirements, Licenses, and Certifications Texas Field Safety Representative Professional Safety Source for Extra Hazardous Texas Employers CSP, ARM or other safety and insurance related designations are desirable NOTE: Equivalent combinations of education and experience providing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be evaluated on an individual basis.
