At CAS, we take a proactive stance in our claims handling. We get involved as soon as the claim is filed. We talk to the injured employee. We consult service providers, and most importantly, we talk to you. We monitor both the quality and the cost-efficiency of services provided to your injured employees.

Instead of merely processing paperwork, we give every claim the kind of personal attention that minimizes cost and lost time while emphasizing genuine concern for your employees. Our adjusters don’t pay one claim without your knowledge and we contact you a minimum of once a month to discuss all open claims. Our goal is to conclude the claims as promptly as possible at the very lowest cost to the district.
