In response to new TWCC regulations, the TWCC-6 form has
changed. This new form will go into effect June 1, 2005. However,
this new format is now available on the CAS website. Additional
questions have been added concerning Return-to-Work/Modified
Duty. As you are aware, employers were required to have a
Return-to-Work program in place January 1, 2005.
The remaining questions are the same as the previous form,
with some minor layout changes. As your plan administrator,
we can assist you with a Return-to-Work program, in addition
to the safety services you already receive.
